    UT,I know it was for 30 years time.A semi at 450 +.Obvious ly the tenants wont be on welfare.Maybe if 5 people share a semi,or a couple has 10 kids.Oh,that's right it happens already.lol.UT,we could argue for weeks,so we can agree to disagree.All the best with it though.
