These brokers will tell you that the Notes are THE issue, & that they could not issue a Buy recommendation whilst the Notes persist - remove the Notes threat of dilution (by repaying them or converting to debt) & you have a simple case of a ~$1 value selling for 11c, do the math.

The brokers & the market need to be able to trust Jinchuan, & thus Albidon, in a climate where Chinese corporations aren't trusted in Australia. In Chinese business image counts for everything, if they believe this is at risk they will act.
