I don't reckon you will get much more than buy-back notices before June 30 however happy to be wrong. I you want predictions I'll give you the timeline that I have my money on.

The ML will most likely come in Sept / Oct. Don't expect it before then. EIS / DFS probably July / August.

I'm expecting more news about gold between now and then and suggest this is something that will be more significant as time goes on.

CDU is likely to turn the corner in Q4 2011 if all goes to plan. I expect it to be rerated finally and Max should have a better xmas this year. Don't expect it to be priced properly until mining begins but some doubts should be removed in Q3, early Q4 thus improving its risk profile.

Buckle up CDUers. I think we are in for a wild ride with lots more ups and downs. This is not going to be a virtical rise but I see good things and they appear to be very close. All IMHO as always. Time will tell but this is what I'm betting on.
