Of course GOT are trying to make money, that is their core purpose.
Yes you and the TO's want to preserve certain aspects of culture, environment and the like.
So I think the point is that we have two parties who are coming from two very different perspectives and who have differing agendas.
At this point in time only one party is willing to come to the table to talk... remember GOT won't walk away and have every right to progress as do GEMCO and any other mining company that are successful in obtaining EL's.

So GOT can only try to work with the TO's but if they decide that they won't talk.. well lets get on with it!

Just one thing Yilyanga, are you speaking for 100% of GE's and TO's or just a group of Eylanders? Be honest!

How would you feel if some individuals or groups on the Eylandt were willing to listen to GOT and what if they were even open to doing a deal? Would this cause discontent?
