Thanks Coops84 good summary appreciate the effort.
Figure it wasnt mentioned but did management give any guidance on timelines around negotiations on the JV/MOU.
I believe it was stated that they would aim to conclude negotiations within 30 days from the release of the PFS. Release date of PFS 6/6 so say 7/7 is a target date for financing news? I also note they used the words "best endeavours" in concluding negotiations - in legal speak that is pretty much all that is humanely possibly to meet the criteria set ? but this is based on a legally nonbinding agreement so i guess it really means nothing as we have found out with quite a few other things recently.
Lets wait and see.
So one insto is out - not the end of the world. Others waiting to reload when SP stabilises. I find that a very interesting statement as you would think instos would be the ones that could stabilise the SP as opposed to me coming on a buying a few cents worth on the market. So one might think the instos are wary of this type of stock.
I think most of us given the recent events are a bit confused as to the worth and demand for this company/island and managements ability to bring it all together in a timely and cohesive manner. I can certainly say my expectations on returns has greatly reduced and the only reason i am still heavily tied to this company is the gambler in me saying i am now down 50% so the chips are all in and lets see what happens. I notice an prolific poster who fell off the forum when the SP collapsed has emerged with i am buying again this is great value attitude - would love to hear some detailed explanation and thought behind that as opposed to toot toot chomp chomp. Depending on your risk profile and attitude towards PLV i personally see no reason to buy more shares if you are an existing holder with a substantial slice as i see the most likely scenarios being one of two things.
1. JV secured we go right back up to where we were and above.
2. Management make a meal of it/little interest in the island and we are hanging in limbo and your investment is worth a bag of twisties.
From my perspective while some excellent money can be made right now if point 1 is to happen the downside of ploughing more in to see point 2 occur outweighs the potential gains - this under the assumption you hold existing shares ? its also a risk profile of individual holders. Or if you know something i dont and know the future is bright buy away.
Good luck to all.
