Well if it is BPT who have sold RMS will still have 2 BPT directors on their board. Bob Kennedy and Reg Nelson who between them are top 20 shareholders controlling around 13 million shares.
So if BPT are no longer holding there would be no obligation for Kennedy/Nelson to remain boardmembers.
Once they are off the board they could sell their holdings without any ASX directors change notification.
Must say I wondered if the reason Joe retired was to discretely sell more or all of his holding.
Or am I just reading too much into this.
