    I'll tell you what Yellowcake does know without one ounze of doubt, people do not pay enough for food. If they did there would be at least a dozen agricultural stocks making up the ASX 200. Investment into agricultural capacity has stagnated for decades.

    People who can't afford food do not have debt problems, they simply have no income. That is not a function of farmer greed, when you condiser the leverage off farmland values that effectively drive productivity (debt driven). I don't know many farmers that aren't up to their ears in debt.

    Keeping the dream of cheap food alive has driven all farmers to industrial production models that have no future. Lack of profitability drive investment away from building 'sustainble' production capacity.
