Jake, maybe this will give us a clue on how Icon will be satisfying their GSA?
I've always thought that this was the most likely outcome for Icon, that they do deals with those companies that have un-committed gas and finding it hard, or uneconomic, to market it themselves, plus from some bigger deposits.
Although it won't be as profitable as selling their own gas (where is it?), un-committed gas would not demand a premium price, being un-marketable by definition, with the owners being more than happy to sell.
That would be VERY easy money for Icon and 10% of $30 billion=$3 billion, or, around $6.50 per share, plus P/E? Will do me, I'm patient.
It could even the source of the Mini/LNG plants that were mentioned in the last AR??
THEY could be the "deals" that some of us believe that they are working on as we speak??
Maybe not a "lead balloon" Jake, could be a shining
beacon, but, I really do respect your cynicism.
But, let's get the SA Court out the way first and see what we have left. Not long to wait.
