yep, you are welcome to your opinion spider but I would reckon announcing that the coy is off to an on country meeting is akin to saying they are going to lunch.
I don't think they are keeping it secret and clearly they don't see announcing the meeting as material. The rules are very clear and I would be surprised if RWD were in the business of deliberately flouting them and in any case what would be in it for them?
What would you say if it was announced in a song & dance, the shares shot up, then the TO's called it off because someone stubbed their toe?
Happy for you to be a devil's advocate but really, this is just business as usual until a significant decision happens
