It was only to let us know Ralph and John's voting rights have been diluted due to the recent placement. No shares have been sold.

One thing I was too frightened to ask Ralph about was the fact that he had said in previous Ann's that the company would be having JV partner and funding discussions in Q3.

I wonder if this is still on the cards?
