You take water from a borefield not from a grid, and you dont have to pay for the water out of the borefield, problem with water is finding enough.
Yeah, you may be right, but my understanding is there aren't any suitable aquifers in the immediate vicinity so it's still a pipeline job. Only question is from where.
I'm only going off what I've heard (I'm a geo and it's a small industry) so I may be off the mark but I definitely get the impression Weld Range is a weak project due to capex constraints on the short life of mine.
Jack Hills isn't a terribly strong project either (huge capex, even more than Weld) but it's big enough to go the distance.
