i've tried searching for more info on the SPP, but can't seem to find anything that says what happens if they're not all taken up today. other than the "instos" will snap them up. i assume that's an abbreviation for "institutions"?
my question is really just asking what will happen to the 'left overs'.
are they made available to the open market? or offered privately to instos?
hope that made sense.
