The March candle came as the index was falling, this one came as the index is rising (that's how I see it anyway). The direction of the trend determines the significance of the pattern. My guess is tonight will either consolidate or continue up. Selling tonight seems unlikely to me. Should take a bit for the sellers to get their mojo back.
