Did they give you the impression that running the ruler over sdl meant that

1. was still looking at all the figures etc???
2. putting together a deal???

Because if it is the first, then we could be in for a very long wait for the deal and paperwork to be completed..which also means that at this point there is "no jv partner deal struck or even close yet?"

Please expand on this if you can ASAP....
