It seems to me that it is the company running through everything as a possible jv partner...not that a deal might have been done 6 months ago...

The problem here is that the 4 other companies are either out of the picture for what ever reason, or this company is offering more money etc or are they also concerdering out of the deal...This is an unknown....

The reason I asked Tomstrays to expand, is to help understand better what this may or may not mean...
