    I think BDR is a good buy ATM. Issued price of $0.85 (oversubscribed) and BDR is trading at $0.85..Why the SP dropped to the issued price level after the placement, this has occured to few other companies lately, any idea ? These days, it is less risky to buy from the market after placement..IMO
