I assume that your question is serious:
Gxy has 323 mil shares currently .
The last AGM approved the sale of 88 mil extra shares
That's 27.24% dilution of current shareholders if sold
But if one is to consider the 50 mil odd options on offer
as well then the dilution of current shareholders would be 42.7% in total.
Given that GXY had $185 mil cash after the last CR , I fail to see what they need the extra 88 mil share sale cash for other than(excluding a rights issue or buying a Brine tenement in South America)to accommodate existing major shareholders
with discount shares.
