From an industry technical perspective, KORA will be a duster because there will be no oil and/or gas when they reach the bottom of the drill hole - for your benefit this is another way of saying they will only find 'dust'.
I am predicting FAR sub 3 cents early August - just look at NDO, SUR, KIK...
I could not even imagine what the SP will be if the Senegal lease has STILL NOT been extended by August...
