NOW is the time to contact the Company & demand they act in the best interests of the shareholders - an awful lot of pressure is being applied behind the scenes on YOUR behalf, but we do request that each & every shareholder please play an active role & email in your views over the next few days. We want our Board & CEO to have full Inboxes on Monday morning!

The Board & management have had ample time to act, there have been repeated attempts to engage with them on behalf of the shareholders. At this moment, despite weeks & weeks of trying, we still do not have a clear answer from them as to who is really running the Albidon show. No-one admits culpability, there is internal dissent & much passing of bucks. What is very transparent to us is that the Company is not being run in YOUR interests at this time - the huge value inherent to the mining operation is being squandered by the lack of a coherent strategy to attain fair value, & by apparent abuse of the ASX listing.

This will NOT be allowed to continue, there are many avenues to pursue but the shareholder campaign is the first. So please act today, let them hear your anger:

WHY are we at a pitiful 10c when fair value is ~$1?
WHO is accountable, & indeed WHO is running Albidon?
WHAT is being done about the Convertible Notes?
WHERE are the Aussie directors on the Board & the Aussie MD?
WHY has no ASX update on the Munali incident been released, when news came out on Reuters contrary to the Company line?
WHAT has our CEO achieved for US, when he enjoys such a huge salary?
WHY are our Board not independent of the majority shareholder?
WHY do they choose to ignore ASX Principles of Corporate Governance, & possibly the Corporations Act & ASX Lising Rules - despite being counselled on such matters by our own CFO & Company Secretary, & by the very broker who presented to them prior to the AGM?

If we do nothing then we have only ourselves to blame for the malaise: there is tremendous value here & it must be released. The time to act is upon us.
