Perhaps the word "delay" is wrong choice of words. ie...the Gov. might say that they need 6 months of testing the emissions/waste..so production continues,the waste builds up,gets tested for 6 mths..they gather the facts,ok..License granted.:)
OK oneforthe. I think I know what you mean. But if we produce and sell, how much does the market worry about this stuff? I say not at all. You and I would follow it, but no fund would care.
I would like to see a regular monitoring regiment (for processing and waste) and public emergency shut down plan recommended by the IAEA (and in our case followed by ALEB) for all nuclear and rare earth plants. I doubt the IAEA review will go that far. But this would be a good approach in the politics for nuclear energy at this stage IMO. If I saw more of that approach I'd start a PDN position.
