22 Verona Range (waterfront, Como, Sydney) on 18/01/11 listed @ 1,150,000 (yes its been on the market that long) now listed @ 980k - still no sale.
29 Elvina Ave, Newport, Sydney, land, on northern beaches (up the road from the property listed @ 700k earlier this year) has dropped from 580k to 540k.
26 Elvina Ave Newport (the aforementioned 700k block of land) still on the market @ 550k. Been on the market over 8 mths now and still no sale.
2 of the mentioned are just land.
One advertised at 7% less (big deal)
The first one (Como), maybe they bought it in 1990 for $300k and arent too fussed about selling fast as they are sitting in a windfall anyway.
Its great to pick out 2 blocks of land (both in northern beaches which hasnt done well for years) and another porperty that maybe was bought years ago.
