You have tried . . . . . that window dressing on Friday afternoon, is a sign to me that UBS might not be happy campers with the Nucore deal.

Those 1 for 1 options Nucore will receive are set at 3 cents. I think the DFS is going to be less than spectacular . . . . . and although a project that is likely to get off the ground, current ev/lb is distinctly over valueing the project at this stage.

IMO

We will see how annoyed UBS is next week, they will probably initially push up the price to get a higher 10 day VWAP for the deal, flog some of their stock . . . . .and then after the 10 day VWAP is established locking in a higher entry price for Nucore, ensuring less dilution of their's and Pala's holding. IMO

Drop a very nastey poison arrow into the stock, to deflate traders and nervous nellies . . . . .and increase their long term holdings at the expense of mums and dads, and the PEN nation.

I see a possibility of "5.0 cents" on the horizon.

P.S

I hope their DFS contains contingencies for their wells possibly being affected by the following.

As the project is Insitu, and alot of the Capex is for the drilling and establishment of the wells, A seimic event in the future, may have a disasterous effect on the project.
