Anyone have any idea why the share issue to Nucore is done on a VWAP over 10 days. Is this a common practise.
Why not just pick a price say 9c, & so be it?
I'm just wondering who is going to benefit the most out of this.
I guess Nucore wanted in badly, & PEN arranged the deal, so that PALA would not get ripped off either.
Looks like everyones gone for a win win situation.
But who will win? Hopefully it is the shareholders, but one thing is for sure, if yesterdays action is something to go by, then this will be hotly contested on very high volumes, imo.
