AKW had a NTA of $US 0.013 on 14/4/11. Thats the whole compnay , not per share! So helpful they go to the 3rd decimal place LOL
Then in June 2011 they have a $1 Million + court case rule against them.
If GGP expects AKW to make good on the deal, they are in bed with the wrong company. If they are left with significant royalty interests on their leases, much of the leasehold could be non commercial.
The vague announcement is not good enough. If SG won't tell the market (I presume people will phone him and press him for more info), people will leave in droves.
Share price will follow. Market has too many undervaluied stocks to waste time on this.
