It is common practice to use the 10 day VWAP "PRIOR" to an event.

In the case Nucore it is to be done on a VWAP over 10 days "AFTER" the event. This is the first time I have seen this, not to say it hasn't been the case with other stocks.

Let's not fool ourselves, Nucore will. They are getting a great deal and they know it. That said it is likely the sp will rise and we benefit accordingly as this is is also both significant and beneficial to the company, therefore us as shareholders.
