I think that earnings that are below expectations will provide reason for further weakness.
However, I think also think that many will surprise with earnings that are higher than expectations. The market isn't expecting much so this won't be heard. I still don't think that the market realises how profitable some of these companies are becoming.
I think expectations for Focus are lower than what they will be and this could be a positive on price. Also the average POG in AUD has been higher the past six months compared to the previous six months from what I can see.
