    I've done me head in trying to relate the numbers to the reasons offered for the lower efficacy.

    They (Placebo or other group or both?) are using a number of strategies for flu prevention which has um reduced infection, which in turn, has lowered efficacy???? Doesnt that sound oh so counter intuitive????
