    sorry to disappoint but I have nothing extra to add to my previous post.

    Apparently we SHOULD get an announcement re a JV soon.

    I interpret "soon" to mean within the next 9 business days.

    In my opinion if there is a surge in volume you will know that it is a matter of hours/days away.Remember director PL purchased a stake of NKP shares not long ago. WHY?
