bob brown quoted 1% to 3% on the abc yesterday. a week or so ago, greg combet quoted a cost of $1.60 per tonne of coal, current price of coal around $120 a tonne - so that is less than 1%.

see the US politician coming out today saying the US will never impose a carbon tax/ets on their economy. so ALP & Greens going to burden Aussies with a carbon tax that isnt going to make one iota of difference in saving the planet even if the science is true. it truely is a joke, i am too young to remember Whitlam but even he must have been good in comparison to these monkeys.

i may be back as a holder tomorrow, im thinking it is likely it will bounce after june 30 - and the reality of the carbon tax (however stupid it is) isnt going to have much impact, at least initially. hopefully the australian public have learnt their lesson and we get 50 years of coalition government after these fools are booted out.
