The hartley's report indicated that information pertaining to the rig's movements and actions will not be forthcoming for security reasons.
So the rig could be on its way, or it could be on-site ready for action. When we next hear something, it will be an announcement saying, "By the way, we just spudded...".
With that accouncement, the state of play will change in an instant leaving no time for a gradual increase in price and volume.
Just my thoughts...
