He bought them on market around the 21st March. If there's going to be an announcement that is price sensitive we're now past the 90 day period. It's was a fairly large stake, it pretty much doubled his share holding. It was bought at around these prices too.
If he doesn't want another cap raising he's going to need to pull a rabbit out of the hat before options expiry so they get converted.
