its so tightly held and thinly traded that daily fluctuations mean nothing. i believe the company or owners try to keep the price around $3 as there has been really no earnings or anything to justify the price stability, especially in a falling market. i like the story long term, and if it was allowed to drop a lot would be interested again, but it needs to show that the expansion is starting to reap dividends...
