I'm sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy. Thought about buying at $4.64, but there was too much negativity in the
market. Still is and still has some legs in it, with an article in The Australian about concern in the Chinese
real estate markets. I might be a bit too optimistic but now looking at below $4 for a buy signal.
AFI has a proven long term track record in all kinds of
markets, so its just a matter of trying to time (guess?) the market to buy at a bargain price.
