what about the 10:1 share consolidation ?

how will that work out for taxation purposes if i were to sell down the road?

what i'm afraid is the tax office would think that i've bought in at say $1.00 and sold it for $10 (assuming i'm breaking even here) w/o realizing that a 1:10 consolidation has taken place
