My expectations/summary:
a. no major shareholder leaving no notice of change for such issued.
b. director buying on expectation of good news and covered insider trading problem with clear notice and update to market prior to buying commencement.
c. director buying will be well before the results announced.
d. this is all lining up to have the results end July.
