Notwithstanding our interpretation of what is/may occur, it would be almost impossible to raise capital in Canada using our existing listing on ASX and FSE. It would have to be listed on the TSX to get the Canadian's confidence around putting hard earned cash into ELM.

Just think, would you put funds into a TSX listed stock by a (not a nice word acknowledged) Canadian spruiker looking at investing funds in their own Canadaian sharemarket in their own Canadian currency.

I would state a full on TSX listing is coming, this is the only explanation to it. The directors are in this to make money, just like us, they will not do something that will cripple their own return in the future.
