If anyone wants a piece of the action, PB is more than willing to EXPAND via JVs in individual projects.
PB see's LNC as a good long term future dividend stream as well as cap growth, He is all about growth and income now to set his family up for life. Imagine the dividends on 42% of distributed profits. At 10c, that would be over $21m, franked. With a turnover anticipated in the billions in a few years, the income stream would be BIG. Possibilities of a takeover IMO, NIL.
