I agree.

However, unlike us, they have ensured their return by increasing the quantity of stock they hold.

Imo, this conflicts them with minority holders who were in ELM for share price appreciation.

I also feel banagher is right.

BMO will control ELM price from here on in and make huge money trading the stock once they have the inventory to do it via this upcoming issue.

Imo, we are watching the systemic gaming of ELM.

This makes me very sad.
