    I suspect the issue price will be about 20 cents (20% discount). I'm okay with that as long as there are no free options attached! I think it would be better if there is no Share Purchase Plan either. SPP's nearly always suppress the share price for a month or so. One would think this cap raise announcement will be closely followed by an oustanding Catherwood feasibility announcement. I certainly hope so.
