Around current levels DYL looks an absolute bargain - bsically a steal and a bet to nothing.
They will shortly be proving up their Napperby project resources based on work done by Uranerz in 1979 where drilling was wide spaced on a 300m x 400m basis.
DYL are aiming to confirm in excess of 13 million pounds of uranium. In dollar value this is equivalent to about one million ounces of gold.
In addition there is a "prime untested exploration target". Drilling by Uranerz showed the presence of a "deeper Tertiary paleochannel" but was never followed up. DYL do indicate there is a "high uranium content" of the groundwaters in the area, which is seen as a positive sign.
The uranium price is expected to go much higher. So DYL's uranium play in Tanzania, with drilling expected in the second half of this year is an added bonus.
By the time a firm drilling date is announced for Napperby I anticipate the the market to spike up giving an opportunity to sell.
Alternatively drilling success at Napperby, confirming or bettering Uranerz's projections, should lead to a substantially higher price.
