As mentioned a few times, the dividend/capital return will no doubt be confirmed once the sale is completed and the ATO ruling is obtained. Like all approvals, there is a process involved and that takes time. ATO rulings take 3 months from the date of lodgment. The company has already said the dividend could be paid as late as October, so nothing has changed.

Personally, I am loving this end of financial year sale. Bought more in my SMSF at 62.5c today, have more on the bid at 62c and will be buying up until 30 June.
