I highly doubt there will be a spp as they are expensive to set up and take time, as has already been said. It will most likely be a relatively small placement to sophisticated investors at a 10% or so discount to the current sp to fast track mining, Catherwood perhaps, and near term cash flow. Expecting the Catherwood feasibility study announcement out directly after we come out of the trading halt.
