TH, if a deal did fall through it doesn't make sense that they would issue options to consultants in lieu of consulting fees, as they did on 23 May.
The CPS guys have also got behind ROB recently, which seems to suggest that they have enough of a pipeline of project acquisition opportunities to spread across a few shell companies.
