Hope you dont mind but this question is for the Archives..posterity.

On a scale of 1-10...can we presume you are giving it a 10..that the LAMP will be knocked back..and LYC will face a 3-4 yr delay setting up a new location/Lamp,as per your post.

Now i dont want to get this wrong...so correct me if im not reading you right.

Here are some other options for you.
Chose 9..2-3 yr delay.
Chose 8..1-2 yrs delay
Chose 7 .. 1 yr delay.
Chose 6...9-12 mths delay.
chose 5..6-9 mths delay.
chose 4..3-6 mths delay.
chose 3..3 mths delay.
chose 2..2 mths delay.
chose 1..1 mth delay.
chose 0..no delay.

Your a 10..im a 0.
