I am very interested in a couple of matters that you have raised:

1. "Legally you can't sell assets from your own name to your superfund" I thought that ASX listed securities were specifically excluded from that prohibition. From memory I think that s66 of the SIS Act is the relevant provision.

2. "My SMSF also holds some through a different corporate trustee as I have put in a structure to allow it to borrow" Is this where your fund buys shares in a warrant structure? I am keen to learn more about what you have been able to do. Is there an institution that is prepared to write warrants against EXS?
