My point is somebody going short is at great risk if they don't have a guaranteed stop, a normal stop won't do when there's a trading halt.
Same could be said about people going long...but going short with a 4% target, on TA alone is really risky. You'd need a guaranteed stop loss to reduce the risk, which will cost a bit.
