The issue I see is the Thorium. Basically IMHO, is that the Mt Weld ore has a very low Thorium content so at source there is little radioactivity risk from this ore which was different to the Tim tailings from the ore extracted in the other Malaysian foray into rare earths mining.
So what will the IAEA report on?
