Cattle industry whinging about how much money they will lose and coming out with garbage claims about being concerned about animal welfare.
Maybe if the industry was really concerned about animal welfare and not just making a buck they as an industry would have done something before now and there would not have been a need for the government to step in.
Maybe they should now spend less time whinging and blaming others and spend more time fixing the problems they have ignored so that exports can resume.
As for blaming this particular government for acting the way they did, what did the libs do with live sheep exports to Egypt a few years ago?
