They said they would like to get a deal done by end June....but due to the arrival of a major player they will not be held to the deadline but allow more time.

The news today is highly positive and only creates price tension with 5-8 buyers in the mix

Geez if I was selling my house by end of month so the mrs could go on holiday and a whale entered the room I wouldn't shut him out form the sake of the mrs... Same thing happening here
