You can spin it any way you want Parma, whatever helps you sleep at night, fact is the SP is still at 26.5 cents and we have absolutely no idea when this deal is expected to be completed by.

In my opinion management have an obligation to provide shareholders expected delivery dates for all major (and I do think a JV deal is major) aspects of the project, and work to them.

If for some reason, the company do run into issues which may cause a delay, they have an obligation to inform shareholders why the delay has occurred and reset expected completion dates and also shareholders expections.

Don't kid yourself on this one, this deal is make or break for PLV and I for one am not comfortable with the "wait and see" approach which the silence from the company seems to be supportive of. Especially with a cash burn of approximately $2 million per month, funds are going to dry up very shortly.

Also, what are these "changes to the proposed project" which you speak of? From my understanding the project hasn't changed, other than a delay of approximately three months.

Don't get me wrong, I'm as bigger advocote for PLV as the next poster on this forum, but there comes a time when the rose coloured glasses need to come off and shareholders need to see things as they really. Communication, and plenty of it needs to happen very soon.
